Warranty & Return Conditions

The products you have purchased are covered by the warranty of www.turktelefon.com under the principle of honesty.
In order for the relevant warranty conditions to apply, you must inspect the product upon delivery and accept it.
In case of any damage is detected, the product should not be accepted upon delivery without a report being prepared by the cargo delivery personnel.
Deformation of the purchased product, alterations made to it, or damage to its original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If the product purchased from www.turktelefon.com turns out to be defective,
you must contact us within 7 days at most from the date of delivery via our online support line
or through our contact numbers.
In case of proper notification, the defective product received by us will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect in the purchased product is caused by customer use or
if the product has been used within the 7-day period
no product exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
